Group Conversation Guide
Group Conversations should only be completed by Proofreaders and other designated Group Conversation typists. If you are a regular legal or general typist, you should never complete a Group Conversation. Instead, see Group Conversations for Typists, and follow the steps for submitting the job as a partial found here: How to Submit a Group Conversation (for Typists).

Open a Help Ticket! If you cannot distinguish between voices, need help determining if a job is an interview or not, believe the audio needs to be rejected, or have other specific job-related questions, open a Help Ticket. | Email comments@speakwrite.com Any time you have a question about GC-specific policies or training, this is the place to send them. Responses can take up to 7 days, so do not use this email to get immediate answers about a live job. However, if you come across something that you aren’t sure how to handle or if you need clarification on any GC policies, we will be glad to answer your questions after the fact. This is also a great resource to clarify any policies found in this guide before working on live GCs. |
