Basic Troubleshooting

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

If you are having general TypeEasy issues e.g. slow, lag, frozen, etc:

Log out of TypeEasy, clear your cache from your default internet browser, and restart your computer. 

Then log back into TypeEasy.

If the issue is still occurring after going through these steps:

  • Open a help ticket and we will look into your issue further.
    • In the help ticket please provide any steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
