When working on a job with multiple documents, you must use a Section Break (Next Page) between documents. Do not use a page break between documents. First, press the Enter key to add two or three hard returns before inserting a Section Break, unless doing so creates an unnecessary blank page. Then to insert a section break, go to Page Layout, Breaks, and click on Next Page. The section break will look like this:
Do not paginate by:
- Adding extra blank lines to move something down to the next page.
- Using the "Page Break Before" option.
- Pressing Ctrl + Enter to add a Hard Page Break.
