SpeakWrite typists should use the Show/Hide Formatting Marks option to ensure proper formatting of documents.  There are many formatting features SpeakWrite requires that can only be seen when Show/Hide is on.  

To turn Show/Hide on, click the paragraph symbol on the Paragraph Menu.  This is also located in the quick access ribbon at the top of the document window.
