How the Document Should Look:

The client says:
Very truly yours, Nicholas Perez. Send a copy to Maria Smith at ABC Insurance Company, and also cc Lisa Johnson. Put a blind copy for the client. List the enclosure as the settlement demand and the medical records. Also, add a P.S. that says I would like to get a copy of the applicant's deposition, so please let me know if you already have one.
