Here are our turnaround policies for Spanish jobs: 

Please note that weekends are included.

Please do not accept a job if you can not begin it immediately. It is expected that if you accept a job you will begin it and complete it as soon as possible

Management Discretion

Audios that are longer than 60 minutes will have a Turnaround Time that is dictated by Management. Either open a help ticket or email spanish.support@speakwrite.com to determine the turnaround time and confirm you can complete the job in the timeframe discussed.

Determining English Job submitted on a Spanish Account

When you begin a job, you should always listen to the first 5 minutes and then jump around in the audio to ensure that the job is more than 50% in Spanish. We expect that you open a Help Ticket as soon as you realize that the audio is more that 50% in English. If you ever question whether or not a job should be rejected back to the client open a Help Ticket immediately. 

NOTE: some jobs may be an English to Spanish translation, open a Help Ticket to verify this.
