Submitting Jobs: Partial and Group Conversations
EMERGENCY PARTIAL JOB Upload Request –
You should only request a partial if you have an emergency. SpeakWrite defines an emergency as, "a serious, unexpected, medical or bereavement situation requiring immediate action."
If your emergency is going to keep you from completing a Spanish job within the time given by Management then you must open a Help Ticket to get permission to submit an emergency partial job.
You must have at least 10% of the audio complete for the request to be approved
If you do not have at least 10% complete please email spanish.support@speakwrite.com.
Please note if a partial is approved you will not be paid for the work transcribed.
Wait for Help Desk to Respond
In any situation that requires you to submit a Help Ticket (e.g. requesting to reject a job or partial submission), please continue to wait until the Help Desk responds to your ticket.
These tickets are reviewed and can affect performance reviews if not handled appropriately.
Spanish Interviews are not considered English Group Conversations
Do Not Check the Group Conversation Box
You cannot check the Group Conversation box when submitting a Spanish Interview. This will result in a loss of pay for you. The system will not pay you if you check this box. It is only for English Group Conversation typists.
Spanish Interviews are not considered Group Conversations. They system denotes these interviews as "regular Spanish jobs". If you submit by checking the Group Conversation box the job will be routed to a proofreader who will be paid for your completed work. Therefore, it is in your best interest to either submit jobs as complete or open a Help Ticket if you ever have a question about the submission process of a specific job.
