Management Discreation

Audios that are longer than 60 minutes will have a Turnaround Time that is dictated by Management. You will receive an email with the details of the job and the expected turnaround time from Spanish Support.

Confirmation of Spanish Job Acceptance

When you receive a job over 1 hour long, please confirm by email to spanish.support@speakwrite.com that you can complete the job in the expected turnaround time from Management.  If you cannot complete the job in the expected turnaround time, Spanish Support needs to be informed immediately or a help ticket opened to requeue the job to another typist.

Turnaround times listed above provided as guidelines for you. It is very possible a shorter job can take much less than 2 days. Please Do Not accept a job if you can not begin it immediately. It is expected that if you accept a job, you will begin it and complete it as soon as possible.

Accepting a job but not starting it prevents other typists who are available to complete the work from receiving it and it delays turnaround times.

Determining English Job submitted on a Spanish Account

When you begin a job, you should always listen to the first 5 minutes and then jump around in the audio to ensure that the job is more than 50% in Spanish. We expect that you open a Help Ticket as soon as you realize that the audio is more that 50% in English. If you ever question whether or not a job should be rejected back to the client open a Help Ticket immediately. NOTE: some jobs may be an English to Spanish translation, open a Help Ticket to verify this.

Help Tickets and Spanish Support

Please make sure all correspondence is directed to Spanish.Support@speakwrite.com. Your emails should not be directed to any individual person at SpeakWrite. This is to ensure the timely response to all questions.

If  you need immediate support - open a help ticket. The Help Desk is open 17 hours a day, 365 days per year. Please locate the Help Desk hours on the Getting Help - Spanish Support article.
