If instructed by Help Desk, please follow the steps for your version of Windows to perform a System Restore:
Windows 7 or Vista:

Windows 8 or 8.1:

Windows 10:
Windows XP:

You'll need to choose a date in which these issues were not occurring.
If the issue is still occurring after going through these steps:
- Send your TypeEasy Logfiles (see Typist OLH).
- Open a help ticket and we will look into your issue further.
- In the help ticket please provide any steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
