If you run into certain issues or if you open a payroll ticket, you will sometimes be asked to submit your logfiles. You can do this from TypeEasy.
1. Open TypeEasy on your computer.
2. At the top left, click the icon and select Diagnostics from the drop-down menu.
3. You will see this menu pop up. Click the button for Log File. Clicking this button immediately sends your logfiles to SpeakWrite, and we will be notified. Only send your logfiles if requested.
