Follow the steps below when you receive a job at the end of your shift and know that you will not be able to complete at least 10% of the job.
- Click the TypeEasy logo in the top lefthand corner of the screen.
- Select 'Job Related Help Ticket'.
- Type a short summary explaining why you are requesting that the job be requeued into the 'Summary' box.
- Click the 'Access Ticket' button.
- Type the explanation of why you are requesting that the job be requeued in the 'Enter Additional Information' box.
- Click the 'Submit Additional Information' button.
- Wait until the HD has approved the request. After a couple of minutes, you will see a message on the left side of the screen verifying that the job has been requeued and that TypeEasy has set your status to 'Not at Work.'
- Log out of TypeEasy and shut it down.

If you are missing more than 30 minutes of a scheduled shift, please submit a schedule change ticket to remove yourself from the schedule.
