Receiving a Spanish PDF job is uncommon, but this page will explain the proper protocol for translating and submitting such a job.

Upon picking up a job, you will receive a pop-up window in TypeEasy informing you that the job includes a PDF. The toolbar will also have a “PDF” button, which will open up the PDF on one half of the screen, and a blank Word document on the other half.

Once you have opened the PDF, you can begin to translate the content of the PDF in the adjacent Word document. Instead of using the Spanish template, you will loosely format the PDF in terms of lines/paragraphs and text alignment.

Do NOT use the Spanish Template on a PDF job

If you have any questions regarding the formatting of a Spanish PDF job, please open a Help Ticket or email Spanish Support at spanish.support@speakwrite.com
