How to Change Word Processing Formats

Unless the client specifically requests a particular word processing format, this option should always remain on Default. Changing this setting when it is not requested can result in serious delays and problems in transmission of the job to the client.

On the Job Submission tab in TypeEasy, select the drop-down menu called WP Format. Select the requested format from the menu. When you submit the job, it will be translated into the requested file format and sent to the client.
