Confluence OLH Released

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Confluence OLH, which will replace the current OLH, starting today, April 20, 2018. Because technology needs to do some tweaking to the system in order to make the new OLH accessible exactly the way you are accessing the old OLH now, we decided to go ahead and use a workaround that will enable you to access the new OLH sooner rather than later.

When you launch the OLH, whether it's through TE or through your Typist Page, you'll see the pages of the old OLH greyed out, and the following message at the top of the main pages: "Confluence OLH Link If you are trying to access this link from your personal tab on TypeEasy, you will need to right click on the link and select "Open in a New Window"." There will be a link below that message. Right click on that link and select Open in a New Window (or Open in a New Tab – either one will work), and the new Confluence OLH will open.

Once it opens, please keep it open for the duration of your scheduled shift, and please take some time after your scheduled shifts to have a look through it and make yourself familiar with it.

You'll notice that the layout has changed, and that it now follows the layout of the rating sheet.
