Client Word Lists

Clients create word lists with their preferred spelling and formatting of names, places, or any other word, so that they can complete dictations more quickly and efficiently.  Always read through a client's word list before starting work on a document, and again when you are proofreading your work before you submit.  The word list can be found at the right edge on the Job Information page.
If a word is listed in a client word list, always use it exactly as it appears.  This includes capitalization, hyphenation, punctuation, underlining, etc.
If a word appears with an underscore following it, underline the entire word as you type it.
