If you run into certain issues or if you open a payroll ticket, you will sometimes be asked to submit your logfiles. You can do this easily from TypeEasy.
1. Open Log in to TypeEasy on your computer.
2. At From the top left Settings tab, click the icon and select Diagnostics from the drop-down menuoption to Send Logs.
3. You will see this menu pop up. Click the button for Log File. Clicking this button immediately sends your logfiles to SpeakWrite, and we will be notified. Only send your logfiles if requested.
Once your logs have been sent, you'll see a pop-up confirmation.
